How does it work?

It's all really simple... Select your location, treatments and supplements. Choose your appointment location and enter your billing information. Our physician will call you for a quick consultation. Our Team arrives at the scheduled time. You relax in the privacy of your home, office, or hotel.

What are your locations?

We currently operate in New York City, Long Island including the Hamptons, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, San Diego, Las Vegas, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Detroit, Washington DC, Palm Springs and Coachella Valley. How long does it take your team to get to me?

Our ASAP option (additional $20) allows for a 2 hour time frame. Our medical professional is usually there within the hour.

How long will my I.V. treatment take?

It varies depending on your specific treatment. Our basic treatment “cleanse” takes only 30 minutes. Other packages range from 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, our treatments are generally far less expensive than most co-pays of an urgent care facility or an emergency room visit. In addition, many health plans and health savings accounts may reimburse for services on request, and we can provide you a form to submit to your health plan if you wish. Do you accept FSA?

Yes we do accept FSA. Please complete the check out process using your FSA card. Any problems feel free to call or email.

What is in your I.V.?

The I.V. solution is a composed of a balanced salt solution like Lactated Ringers solution or a Normal Saline solution (when indicated because of possible low chloride). The physician will tailor your treatment based on your symptoms to provide you with the correct solution, medications, and vitamin supplements. Similar to a hospital, we source our medicines and supplies from a variety of reputable U.S. medical suppliers. We pride ourselves on using only the best and safest medicines in the industry (an industry we are at the forefront). We do not bargain for quality. We only accept excellence!

Who can get an I.V.?

Almost anyone. We do not treat minors below the age of 18 or adults above the age of 65. Patients with certain medical conditions may not be appropriate for our treatment. After booking an appointment, all patients will review their medical history with our medical provider. I.V.’s are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding patients however not all medications are recommended. If you are pregnant, we prefer to be in contact with your obstetrician regarding your care.

Are there any side effects during IV process?

No major side effects are usually seen after an I.V. treatment. A small bruise may occur after treatment. It is normal to experience a cooling sensation during the treatment.

How often can I get an I.V. treatment?

You should tailor your I.V. treatments based on your bodies demand. Our licensed medical providers will assist you with tailoring your treatments to get the maximum benefit.

Does it hurt?

Our team is composed of licensed medical professionals that have over 3 years of I.V. placement and infusion experience. We use a pediatric size I.V. so at most you may feel a tiny pinch.

Do you do private parties or offer group rates?
