“She wanted to have a glow for the red carpet,” a source told Page Six. “So she ordered a treatment with plenty ofvitamins along with thefluids and electrolytes.”
Kardashian likely chose the“Beautify” treatment, which includes a cocktail of B vitamins and anti-inflammatory medication to rejuvenate the hair and skin andcosts $399.
A spokesperson for The I.V. Doc declined to comment on whether Kardashian used the service, citing theHIPAA Privacy Rulefor health care professionals, butthe company’s websitedescribes itself as a “discrete luxury service” that provides an “energizing, 30-minute, intravenous hydration therapy” used to treat “hangover, flu, jet lag, exercise fatigue, food poisoning, and general exhaustion.”
“Kim wouldn’t even make eye contact with the nurse administering her the I.V.,” explained the source. “Any conversation and instructions were directed through an assistant.”
